Privacy (alpha)

This page summarizes how Trendmind handles data during the public alpha. It is not legal advice.

What we collect

  • Account: Authentication and profile data via Clerk (email, identifiers you provide).
  • Content: Posts, media, reactions, and messages you submit to the platform.
  • Product signals: Usage and error data (e.g. Sentry, feed interaction events) to improve stability and ranking.

Why

To run the service, keep accounts secure, improve safety and relevance, and fix bugs during alpha.

Your choices

  • Export & delete: Use Settings → Privacy for JSON export and account deletion requests.
  • Retention: Logs and backups follow your deployment policy; define retention in ops runbooks for production.
